Meet Brandi ~ growing up a Jasper girl she spent a lot of time on Smith and it shows!  Brandi and husband, Jonathan are in the process of building their dream home on Smith, as there is no other place they'd rather call home ~ more on that in a second! Brandi would tell you she is a lover of all types of real estate as aside from being an agent & broker, she and her husband Jonathan also renovate homes. Together, the duo have an eye in seeing the beauty in a forgotten piece of property and the work ethic to breath new life into it. 

When Brandi isn't working, you can find her with her family and friends; usually on a dock, boating or spending time with her daughter, Anna Kate. Anna Kate is a junior in college studying to be a teacher and recently made Brandi a proud Grandmom, of Luna, a beautiful doodle. What I wanted to know:

How did you find Smith? I am a lifelong local of Smith Lake! Growing up around the area I was blessed to spend many summers swimming and inner tubing beautiful Smith Lake.

Favorite spot on Smith? Honestly, I am biased to the west side of Smith Lake. The shoreline is gentle & sloping and the water is the prettiest emerald green. My family loves it so much we recently decided to build our dream home in the gated waterfront community of Stoney Point Landing. I am thrilled to call this place home! 

WHY Smith Lake vs. other lakes? I have so many reasons, but i'll keep it short. Smith Lake has the clearest, emerald water and the shoreline is breathtaking ~ from the rock faces to the stunning homes. Smith is a large lake compared to some as it stretches over three counties, it's truly like a "small town" on the water.  There is nothing better than stopping by your friends dock to grab a hotdog or let the kids swim!

Favorite meal & drink for a Smith Lake day? If we are out on the boat and stop by Brothers Restaurant you better bet I will be getting a Bushwacker with an order of their amazing cheese sticks! I can't leave out the chicken cranberry wrap at the Grill at Trident Marina! All that to say there is nothing like a good ole grilled hotdog while laying out on the dock!

If you aren't on Smith Lake, where can we find you? Orange Beach, Alabama ~ OBA! 

Describe your real estate style? I like to think that I am a laid back, casual realtor. If the weather permits, I am all about loading up my clients and showing houses by boat! You truly get the lake experience and seeing a home from the waterside, to me is a big factor in buying a lake home. Plus who doesn't love a good boat ride??!
